Directions
ALLTEL Stadium is located in the downtown Jacksonville area along the beautiful St. John's River. It is a part of the Jacksonville Sports Complex which includes Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Coliseum and Wolfson Baseball Park.
From North: Take I-95 South to the Union Street/Riverfront exit. Continue approximately 2 miles on Union Street, remain in one of the left two lanes and continue straight onto the Matthews Bridge ramp. Exit at the Sports Complex exit before the bridge and follow the signs to ALLTEL Stadium.
From South: Take I-95 North to the Main Street exit. Go over the Main Street Bridge and stay in the right lane. Take the first ramp on the right through a yield sign onto Water Street. Veer left onto Ocean Street and immediately turn right (East) at Bay Street light. Continue East on Bay Street approximately 1 mile (past Maxwell House) and turn left (North) at traffic light onto A. Phillip Randolph Blvd to the Jacksonville Sports Complex parking area.
From West: Take I-10 East to I-95 North. Then take I-95 North to the Union Street/Riverfront exit. Continue approximately 2 miles on Union Street, remain in one of the left two lanes and continue straight onto the Matthews Bridge ramp. Exit at the Sports Complex exit before the bridge and follow the signs to ALLTEL Stadium.
From East: Take Atlantic Blvd west to Southside Blvd. Turn right (North) onto Southside Blvd. At first traffic light, turn left (West) onto the Arlington Expressway. Continue west on the Arlington Expressway over the Matthews Bridge to the Sports Complex exit, then follow the signs to ALLTEL Stadium.

Seating Capacity: ALLTEL Stadium features 75,000 permanent seats equipped with backs and arm rests, including approximately 11,000 Club Seats. Approximately 75 percent of the seats are located on the sides, with just 25 percent behind the end zones. Temporary seating may be added as needed in the south end zone, increasing capacity to 82,000 seats.
Gates: Gates are 1, 2, 3, 4, East Club, and West Club. Suite holders and ticket holders in wheelchairs enter through the East or West Club with special credentials.
Section (numbers)
100 level sections are located below the main concourse.
200 level sections are located above the main concourse.
300 level sections are in the Honor Rows in the North End Zone.
400 level sections are in the upper decks.
Rows: Each section is lettered from row A to row Z and then AA, BB, etc. To avoid confusion, there is no Row I (eye), Row O (oh), or Row II (double eye). In some sections, rows are skipped because of cross aisles or wheelchair spacing.
Seats: Seat numbers begin 1, 2, 3 and continue sequentially. Seat 1 is and aisle seat with aisle on the right of you as you face the field.
General Information
Alcoholic Beverages
Florida state law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. Therefore, patrons will be required to show proper identification and proof of age when buying alcoholic beverages. Please remember that it is illegal to drive under the influence of an intoxicant or to consume alcoholic beverages while driving. See Designated Driver for additional information.
ATM
If you run out of cash, First Union mobile ATM machines can be found at two locations inside the stadium: North End Zone Main Concourse and East Upper Deck Concourse. (All normal transaction fees may apply.)
Banners
Banners will be allowed as long as they are not in poor taste or offensive. They may not obstruct the view of any patrons, obstruct any stadium signage or other necessary markings nor present a safety hazard.
Video Equipment
Videotaping equipment, including camcorders and audio tape recorders, are prohibited.
Children
Please note that every person, regardless of age, is required to have a game ticket to enter the stadium.
Designated Drivers
A free non-alcoholic beverage is available for designated drivers over age 21. Register at the Fan Accommodation booths for the O'Douls Designated Driver of the Game, and please remember to drive carefully.
Disabled Accomodations
Jacksonville is proud to provide unparalleled accessibility to all Gator Bowl fans. Ticket holders in wheelchairs will be provided elevator passes for themselves and one companion; any other members of their party should use the ramps. Electronic wheelchair recharging is available on the main concourse by the elevators for wheelchairs with duplex outlet plugs. Wheelchair access and companion seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis with all Gator Bowl ticket sales.
If you are a season ticket holder and need wheelchair accommodations for a special guest, please call the ALLTEL Ticket Office at least one week prior to game day to request alternate seating. Exchanges for disabled guests will be made on a space-available basis.
Ticket holders not in wheelchairs but needing special assistance should contact the ALLTEL Ticket Office.
The nearest disabled entrances for fans with 100 level and 200 level sections are located in the West and East Touchdown Clubs and in the North End Zone. Fans in the Upper Decks should use the Touchdown Club entrances.
Hearing impaired fans can borrow assisted listening devices at the Fan Accommodation Booths.
The ALLTEL Ticket Office is also equipped with a TDD line at (904) 633-2202.
Cars displaying a disabled sticker may drop off passengers at the Coliseum driveway or near Gate 2 on Duval Street south of Wolfson Park up to one hour prior to kickoff. Passengers may be picked up at the same location no earlier than one hour after the game ends.
Emergency Phone Calls
Fans expecting emergency phone calls should leave their seat locations at the Fan Accommodation Booths or at the Touchdown Club Concierge. If an emergency call is received, a person will be dispatched to that seat location with the message. Public address or scoreboard paging is not permitted. Fan Accommodations
Fan Accommodation Booths open at the same time as the gates (90 minutes prior to kickoff) and close at the end of the fourth quarter. Fans may wish to visit the booths to ask directions, obtain free water, register for emergency phone calls or the O'Doul's Designated Driver Program or seek assistance with any problems that develop while at the stadium. If you wish to register a complaint or compliment regarding an usher, please note the usher's shirt number and notify the ALLTEL Ticket Office Personnel in the stadium. Fan Accommodation Booths are in the following locations:
- Main Concourse: North End Zone at Sections 123/223
- Main Concourse: SE Corner at Sections 144/244
- Main Concourse: SW Corner at Sections 102/202
- Upper Concourse: West Upper Deck at Section 410
- Upper Concourse: East Upper Deck at Section 436
- East Touchdown Club: Concierge on the ground level

First Aid
The main First Aid Booth is located on the Lower Deck Concourse below the North End Zone scoreboard near Sections 123/223. Two smaller First Aid Booths are located on the Upper Deck Concourses by the 50-yard line at Section 410 and Section 436. Registered nurses, a doctor, paramedic units and an emergency medical technician are on duty during each game.
Gameday Ticket Office
The nine window gameday ticket office is located by Gate 2 outside the North End Zone and opens three hours prior to kickoff.
Gates
Gates 1, 2, 3 and 4 to the stadium open 90 minutes prior to kickoff.
Your ticket indicates the gate most convenient to your seat. Fans in wheelchairs require an elevator pass for either the East Touchdown Club, West Touchdown Club, or North End Zone entrances. The USO gate is located in the North End Zone between Gates 2 and 3.
Lost & Found Items
Lost and found items should be taken to the Fan Accommodation Booths. After each game, all items collected will be taken to the Main Security Office. For more information, call (904) 630-6114.
Lost Parents or Found Children
Children who have lost their parents should be escorted to the closest Police officer, ALLTEL Ticket Office Personnel or the nearest Fan Accommodation Booth.
Paging
There will be no paging on the Sony JumboTron scoreboards, the message boards or the public address system. See Emergency Phone Call Registration.
Parking
Parking for cars and recreational vehicles is available on a limited season basis. Parking passes are required to enter the parking lots. Lots open at least three hours prior to kickoff. Recreational Vehicle and Bus parking is located in Lot Q and Lot AA. Parking is also available on a single game basis depending upon availability. Pets
Fans are not allowed to bring any animals to the stadium except for special services.
Public Transportation
The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) offers "Stadium Park -N- Shuttle" service on gameday. The buses run to and from the stadium from downtown and suburban locations. Shuttle services begin three hours prior to kickoff and end one hour after the game. For more information, call JTA at (904) 630-3100.
Radios & Television
Single-speaker radios and hand-held televisions are permitted in the stadium as long as they do not interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game. The Gator Bowl reserve the right to ask any fan to discontinue use of such devices.
Re-entry Policy
Persons leaving the stadium before or during games will not be allowed back into the stadium under any circumstances.
Restrooms
The stadium has 44 spacious restrooms, with 22 for men and 22 for women, located throughout the stadium concourses. Diaper changing tables and facilities for the disabled are available in all restrooms. In addition, fans with children or disabled fans with companions of the opposite sex may wish to use the Family Restrooms that are typically located adjacent to First Aid or Fan Accommodations. Smoking is not permitted in any restroom in the stadium.
Scoreboard Messages
For information about scoreboard messages (i.e. birthdays, anniversaries) and fees , call (904) 633-6000 and ask for Special Events.
Smoking Policy
A City of Jacksonville Executive Order bans smoking in the seating areas, concourses, Stadium Clubs and restrooms. Smoking is allowed only on the ramps in designated areas of the stadium. Fans who fail to comply with this policy, after the appropriate warning, are subject to ejection from the stadium. Signs are posted throughout the stadium indicating designated or non-designated smoking areas.
Stadium Policy

- Umbrellas Cameras with lenses longer than six inches
- Video equipment and tape recorders
- Coolers or containers, including cans and bottles
- Food or beverage from outside the stadium
- Laser pointers
- Pets (except special services)
- Smoking (except in designated areas or on a ramp)
- Strollers

Ushers
For any type of seating or crowd problem, see the usher in you section or the ALLTEL Ticket Operations Personnel (TOP). Additional assistance is available from stadium security personnel, Fan Accommodation Booths, Touchdown Club Concierge Desks and uniformed Police officers.
Water
Water fountains are located throughout the stadium, many of them near restrooms. Cups of free water are also available at all Fan Accommodation Booths.
Wheelchair Service
Wheelchair access and companion seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis with all Gator Bowl ticket sales. Electronic wheelchair recharging is available on the main concourse by the elevators for wheelchairs with duplex outlet plugs.

Tours
Tours of ALLTEL Stadium are available by contacting the SMG Marketing Department at (904) 630-3901. On the ALLTEL Stadium tour, you will be able to visit a corporate luxury suite, the indoor Club area and seating area, the press box, and the press lounge. Tours may include the south end-zone and the east sideline of the playing field when conditions and availability are permitting.
A few things you should know about tours of the Stadium:
- Tours last between 30-45 minutes depending on group size, number of questions, and facility access.
- Your tour begins in the Club area.
- Your group should assemble at the appropriate Club entrance ten minutes beforehand and be prepared for moderate walking.
- Tour times are either 10:30am or 2:00pm on Tuesdays. Tour reservations and times are available on a first come, first serve basis.
- Tour costs are as follows, based on the number of people:
$100.00 for a group of 20-50 persons.
$150.00 for a group of 50-100 persons.
$100.00 for each additional 50 persons over 100.
- Tours DO NOT include areas used by the Jacksonville Jaguars staff or team.
